WIND (VX Medical) alternative: compare with Laudos.AI
Both turn the radiologist's natural speech into a structured report. The difference is what comes with it. Laudos.AI suggests the classification with its source among 121 systems (GUIDE), reports over WhatsApp (LaudAI), takes the report into the web RIS (Agent), controls the critical finding with deadlines, confirmation and escalation (CRIT) and audits the signed report (RADAR), with up to 1,000 reports per month on Pro and time measured in production. WIND, from VX Medical, charges per interaction (250 on Pro, 800 on Ultra) and publishes no sourced classification, no WhatsApp reporting and no critical-finding workflow.
What is the difference between WIND and Laudos.AI in 2026?
WIND is the reporting assistant from VX Medical, a teleradiology company based in Nova Lima (MG): the radiologist dictates in natural language and WIND organizes the structured report in the browser. Laudos.AI does the same writing work and adds sourced classification, WhatsApp, RIS integration and what happens after signing.

Per interaction or per report?
In WIND, each AI call uses one interaction, usually one per report, and the Pro plan stops at 250 per month. On Laudos.AI Pro, the limit is 1,000 reports per month, more than 45 per working day, and dictating, generating and editing by voice are part of the plan.
What happens after signing
The CRIT takes the critical finding through to confirmation by whoever received it, with deadline and escalation. The RADAR finds mismatched laterality, recommendations with no follow-up and claim-denial risk. These workflows are not found on the WIND public pages checked on October 20, 2026.
In any tool, the physician interprets the exam and signs the report, as required by CFM Resolution 2,454/2026.
For the trial, the Laudos.AI team sets up your templates. Individual Pro costs BRL 299/month, with up to 1,000 reports per month. The new-user trial ends after 14 days or up to 30 reports, whichever comes first. Institutions receive a proposal with scope, integration and pilot conditions defined in writing.
