From one radiologist
to another

Why Laudos.AI exists, without intermediaries: the people writing are the ones who report and who build.

Reporting room at night with one workstation lit

I am a radiologist. I trained at InRad/HC-FMUSP and lived the routine you know: the image is resolved in seconds, and then the minutes of typing, formatting and checking begin. By the end of the shift, the text had become the work.

Laudos.AI was born from that unease, in 2025. Not to replace the physician: to give them their time back. You speak the finding; the technique, the terminology and the impression assemble for your review. The medical act stays entirely with you: review, edit, sign.

With Francisco, a cardiologist at InCor, we also look at the other side of the report: the clinician who needs the right information at the right time, and the critical finding that cannot travel by phone without leaving a trace.

If you are responsible for a clinic, a hospital or a teleradiology operation, the conversation is the same with a different criterion: TAT measured by telemetry, standardization across teams and guided deployment in up to 2 weeks, without replacing your PACS/RIS.

One promise: we measure everything we claim. The 52-second median from editor to signature comes from our production telemetry, with an open methodology. And what we cannot prove yet, we do not write.

Drag the fabric

From principle to evidence

The promise has to show up in the architecture

Saying that the physician stays at the center requires preventing autonomous signing and release. Minimization requires purpose and retention documented by category. Evidence requires version, sample, method and limits. The manifesto serves as a criterion for the product, not as brand decoration.

That criterion also imposes limits: no promising autonomous diagnosis, uncertified compatibility or institutional results that have not yet been measured. The ambition is large because the commitment is concrete: take operations off the radiologist's plate without taking away their authorship, context or clinical responsibility.
