How the conversation works
- WORKLISTSigned128Under review34Critical findings communicated301
A demo in your context
You show us your routine, we show you the product in it: your exams, your template, your signing workflow, on a video call with the people who build it.
- 02
A pilot with the team
Radiologists use the platform in their daily work, with the institution’s templates, before a decision. The pilot measures your team’s time with the same criteria before and during use.
- 03
Assisted integration
PACS, RIS and worklist connected together with your IT team. The signed report goes back to your system and operations continue without disruption.

Direct questions
What do I need to prepare for the demo?
Nothing is required. To get more out of it: your operation's most frequent exam types, a house template, and the hard IT and compliance questions.
Who takes part in the conversation?
On our side, people who build the product, including physicians. On yours, whoever you want: radiologists, management, IT and DPO are welcome from the first call.
Is there any commitment or cost for the pilot?
The pilot is free. It exists so the decision is made with data from your routine, not with our promises, and scope and conditions are set out clearly in writing before it starts. The institution applies on the pilot page.
How is the time arranged?
After you submit the form, our team replies by email or WhatsApp, usually on the same business day. The demo time is arranged in that conversation.
No form that disappears into a queue
What you take away from the first conversation
The demo should end with a short map of your scenario: audience, volume, modalities, templates, RIS/PACS, priority problem and pilot participants. When there is a technical or security dependency, it is recorded for the next conversation with IT or the DPO, instead of surfacing after the proposal.
The next deliverable depends on the case. For an individual radiologist, it is the path for the trial and template setup. For an institution, it is an initial pilot design with scope, owners, metrics and open items. Duration and sample are not the same for every operation and need to be agreed on before any real use.
To make the most of the conversation, just bring the most frequent exam types, a sample template and the name of the RIS and PACS, if any. There is no need to send patient data or identifiable exams. Hard questions about security, regulation and integration can come up from the first meeting; they are part of the decision, not of a step hidden after the sale.
