What changed on the platform, organized by date. Each entry gathers new features, improvements and fixes. Regardless of the feature, the radiologist keeps reviewing, editing and signing the report — the AI speeds up structure, it doesn't decide. For service availability, see the status page.

  1. Recent editor, templates and reporting improvements

    • NewLaudAI revamped: more clinical, more direct and failure-proofThe editor's diagnostic assistant was rebuilt. It now classifies findings in the standardized systems (BI-RADS, LI-RADS, PI-RADS, TI-RADS, Lung-RADS, O-RADS, Bosniak and Fleischner) with the guideline's recommended management, computes RECIST 1.1 and follow-up intervals, ranks differentials by probability with the imaging discriminator between the top ones, and gained a 'Score and follow-up' action plus a quality review that checks laterality, measurements and impression versus findings. Answers are more direct — the conclusion comes in the first sentence. Under the hood, the AI engine was updated and now switches models automatically if the primary one fails, with clear error messages: no more blank responses.
    • ImprovementEditor's LaudAI assistant more stable and polishedWe improved the stability of the reporting assistant inside the editor — questions, prior-exam comparison and reference lookup now respond consistently. We also refined the look: a leaner initial state and better message contrast in dark theme.
    • FeatureInstitutional SSO readyInstitutional SSO access was prepared for B2B customers. Sign-in is still controlled by invitation or an active link to the organization, while email/password and Google keep working normally for those who don't use SSO.

  2. Reorder the impression and normalized exam names

    More control in the editor and the recent reports list.

    • FeatureReorder button for impression and conclusionA small Reorder button appeared on the left margin of the editor, next to the IMPRESSION/CONCLUSION section. Click it to drag and reorder the impression lines (or remove some) without touching the rest of the report. Handy for putting the most relevant finding on top before saving.
    • ImprovementNormalized exam name in recent reportsIn the recent reports list (left sidebar), the normalized exam name now appears under the title. Even if you give it a free-form title like 'whatever' or 'blah', the system reads the report content and shows 'CT of the Total Abdomen' or similar, making it easier to find the right exam.

  3. Full keyboard navigation and guided onboarding

    Editor accessibility and a more guided onboarding.

    • NewFull keyboard navigationDashboard and editor now have more consistent keyboard navigation. Use J/K to move focus between navigable items, G+D for Dashboard, G+E for the Editor, G+R for Reports, G+T for Templates and ? to open the shortcut help.
    • NewGetting-started guideA new checklist in the bottom-right corner guides new users through the first steps: generate reports, create templates, extract triggers. Minimizable and discreet — it disappears automatically once you complete everything.

  4. Prior-exam comparison, Italian and Zero-Click

    Voice, translation, templates and export to Google Drive.

    • NewPrior-exam comparison in voice dictationWhen dictating a report by voice, you can now paste the previous exam's report for automatic comparison. The AI generates a comparison section highlighting findings that are new, resolved or changed relative to the prior exam.
    • NewItalian translationThe editor's translation tools now include Italian, in addition to English and Spanish. Translate reports while keeping precise medical terminology and the structure of the original document.
    • ImprovementRedesigned templates pageCreating and editing templates was redesigned with a cleaner editor and a smart assistant that helps build the template structure from a simple description.
    • NewSend to Google Drive as .docx straight from the editorThe editor now generates the report as .docx and prepares the upload to Google Drive without leaving the flow. On desktop there's a dedicated button and, on mobile, the shortcut appears as an icon at the top.
    • NewZero-Click: automatic diagnostic impressionThe diagnostic impression is generated automatically as you edit the report's findings, with no clicking required. Turn it on or off with the toggle in the editor's bottom bar.
    • ImprovementThe editor now works on mobileThe full editor works on mobile: dictate reports by voice, edit, format and sign from anywhere. The toolbar was simplified to show only the essentials.

  5. Generation time, Enterprise and revamped LaudAI

    Measured productivity and real-time result reading.

No. Regardless of the feature, the radiologist keeps reviewing, editing and signing the report. The AI speeds up structure and suggests; the clinical decision is always the physician's (CFM Resolution No. 2,454/2026).
