01How does the 14-day trial work?
You register a card, get 14 days of full Pro access, and cancel in 1 click from the panel at any time. Cancel before the trial ends and there's no charge. Keep it and the first invoice posts on day 15.
02Why charge a card during the trial?
Quality filter. Cuts no-shows, keeps the test serious, and gives full Pro access from day 1. Cancel in 1 click if it doesn't convert.
03Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Monthly and annual Pro cancel any time from the panel — no calls, no emails. If you cancel within 30 days of a charge, we refund in full (30-day refund).
04Annual vs monthly — what's the difference?
Monthly: R$ 219/month, only the active month. Annual: R$ 2,190/year (= R$ 182.50/mo equivalent, 2 months free). Same coverage, annual is 17% cheaper.
05What happens if I exceed 2,000 reports/month?
The panel warns before the ceiling. Above it, Pro probably no longer fits — Enterprise with unlimited reports is the next conversation.
06Does data leave Brazil?
No. Processing and storage stay in Brazilian infrastructure with LGPD and CFM 2,454/2026 governance.
07Is payment secure?
Yes. Stripe billing (same provider as Apple, Shopify, Amazon). Card data lives in Stripe's PCI-DSS vault, not our database.
