First report
Open Copilot, choose New Report, select the modality and region, describe the main findings, and generate a version to review before copying, exporting, or signing.
- Use objective clinical language without dictating punctuation.
- Include measurements, laterality, comparison, and relevant negatives.
- Review findings, impression/conclusion, and coherence before delivery.
Templates and phrases
Templates standardize the service without freezing clinical judgment. Use the most specific template for the exam and complete it manually when the case falls outside the pattern.
- Personal templates preserve individual preference.
- Institutional templates preserve team standards.
- Saved phrases reduce repetition without replacing clinical review.
CRIT and critical findings
When a critical finding appears, confirm the clinical context, classify urgency, and record communication or escalation according to the local protocol.
- Do not treat an automatic alert as a clinical signature.
- Record acknowledgement, contact attempts, and resolution when applicable.
- Use the CRIT panel for pending items and history.
Security
Use only authorized accounts, devices, and channels. Do not share sessions, keys, passwords, screenshots with clinical data, or sensitive content in external tools.
- Confirm the correct organization before reporting.
- Do not send identifiable data through unapproved support channels.
- Report improper access or cases outside the organization.
