Integration scope
Institutional integrations are configured case by case with authorized teams, contractual scope, and technical validation before any data exchange.
- Mapping for PACS, RIS, HIS, worklist, or internal portal workflows.
- Definition of events, fields, and responsibilities by environment.
- Joint validation before clinical operations use.
Operational data
When contractually enabled, the institution can receive authorized aggregate operational data for management, BI, or local audit workflows.
- Report volume, analysis windows, and template usage.
- Aggregate TAT and queue indicators when available.
- Critical findings and communication trails according to protocol.
Security limits
Public documentation describes product capabilities. It does not reveal prompts, providers, models, tables, infrastructure, secrets, or private cases.
- Broad institutional access requires administrative authorization.
- Production data follows privacy and audit controls.
- Sensitive technical details are shared only through contractual channels.
Next steps
To evaluate an integration, the Laudos.AI team reviews the current workflow, identifies technical dependencies, and proposes a limited-scope pilot.
- Describe involved systems and technical owners.
- Separate test environment, sample data, and acceptance criteria.
- Validate governance, support, and follow-up routines.
