Radiology terminology and classification systems referenced inside Laudos.AI templates and CRIT escalations.

## Reporting and data systems (RADS)
- BI-RADS — Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System (ACR). Categories 0–6, used in mammography, US and MRI of the breast.
- TI-RADS — Thyroid Imaging Reporting and Data System (ACR). Composition + echogenicity + shape + margin + foci score, recommends FNA threshold.
- LI-RADS — Liver Imaging Reporting and Data System (ACR). Categories LR-1 to LR-5 plus LR-M, LR-NC, LR-TIV. Used in patients at risk for HCC.
- Lung-RADS — Lung CT Screening Reporting and Data System (ACR). Categories 0–4X, with management recommendations.
- PI-RADS — Prostate Imaging Reporting and Data System (ESUR/ACR). Categories 1–5 across T2, DWI, DCE.
- O-RADS — Ovarian-Adnexal Reporting and Data System. US and MRI versions; categories 0–5.
- C-RADS — CT Colonography Reporting and Data System. Colon (C0–C4) + extra-colonic (E0–E4) axes.
- NI-RADS — Neck Imaging Reporting and Data System (head and neck cancer surveillance).
- VI-RADS — Vesical Imaging Reporting and Data System (bladder cancer multiparametric MRI).

## Oncology / response assessment
- RECIST 1.1 — Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors.
- iRECIST — Immunotherapy modification of RECIST.
- mRECIST — Modified RECIST for HCC.
- RANO — Response Assessment in Neuro-Oncology.
- PERCIST — PET Response Criteria In Solid Tumors.
- Cheson criteria — Lymphoma response (Lugano).

## Stroke and neuroimaging
- ASPECTS — Alberta Stroke Program Early CT Score.
- Modified Fisher Scale — Subarachnoid hemorrhage grading.
