## Product

**Q: What is Laudos.AI?**
A: A voice-native, structured radiology reporting platform built by radiologists for radiologists. The radiologist speaks naturally; the system organizes the report into reviewable structured text. The physician edits and signs in their own PACS/RIS.

**Q: Does Laudos.AI replace the radiologist?**
A: No. Laudos.AI is a productivity layer. Every report is reviewed, edited and signed by a licensed radiologist. The platform does not make autonomous diagnostic decisions.

**Q: Does Laudos.AI sign reports?**
A: No. Signature is performed by the radiologist inside their own institutional system (PACS/RIS) using ICP-Brasil or institutional credentials. Laudos.AI is a pre-signature productivity layer.

**Q: Which modalities are supported?**
A: CT, MRI, Ultrasound, X-ray, Mammography, Doppler. Templates exist for each modality and subspecialty (MSK, neuro, thorax, abdomen, cardiac).

**Q: Is there mobile support?**
A: Yes — there is a mobile editor surface for reporting on phone/tablet. See /editor-mobile.

## Pricing and trial

**Q: Is there a free trial?**
A: Yes. 14-day trial with a card; cancel with one click. Pro plans bill monthly or annually.

**Q: Do you offer a residency discount?**
A: Yes — verified residents get extended trial windows and a discount on the Pro plan.

**Q: How is volume measured?**
A: Per finalized report (status = signed). Drafts and unfinalized reports are not counted.

## Integration

**Q: Does it integrate with PACS/RIS?**
A: Yes — integration is built per institution as an operational project (not a generic plug-and-play). Surfaces supported: PACS exam context, RIS queue/demographic/status, HL7 ORM/ORU, DICOM SR output, REST API + webhooks.

**Q: Can I keep my current PACS?**
A: Yes. Laudos.AI connects to the existing PACS rather than replacing it. The radiologist keeps their image-viewer routine.

**Q: Is there an API?**
A: Yes — REST + webhooks. Documentation surface: /docs.

## Compliance

**Q: Is the platform LGPD-compliant?**
A: Yes. Operated under LGPD (Lei 13.709/2018), Art. 7 + Art. 11 for health data, with a designated DPO (natan@laudos.ai). Data subject rights are exercised via /exercer-direitos.

**Q: Does Laudos.AI comply with CFM 2.454/2026?**
A: Yes. Vigência from 26 August 2026. The platform is a productivity layer; the physician signs in their PACS/RIS using ICP-Brasil credentials.

**Q: Is Laudos.AI an ANVISA-regulated SaMD?**
A: No. Laudos.AI is a documentation productivity tool and does not make autonomous diagnostic decisions. RDC 657/2022 applies to software that takes clinical decisions without physician review; that is not the case here.

A: Portuguese (primary), English, Spanish. Surfaces under /pt-BR, /en, /es.

**Q: Where is Laudos.AI used?**
A: Primary market is Brazil. Secondary surfaces serve readers in Mexico, Argentina, Chile and Colombia.
